Welcome to White Peacock Boutique, a small town, family owned, online boutique striving to help busy women shop from home and receive quality products at affordable prices. When my clothing/shoes outgrew my new walk in closet, I decided it was time to begin a new adventure. I realized that I could still enjoy purchasing clothing, shoes, and accessories while helping others at the same time. I want to offer everything from business, casual, family, and lounge wear. Start small and something larger and more beautiful will transpire. I hope you will allow me to help expand your wardrobe in the future.

RETURNS

We hope that you love every item you get from White Peacock Boutique, but, we do understand that sometimes things just aren’t the perfect fit or style. We want you to be completely happy with your experience, so you are more than welcome to return an item for store credit or exchange!

Please make sure you follow the return policies below to help us streamline our return process for you.

Clothing Returns:

Please include your packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name and order number. This will expedite us locating your order and processing your return more quickly.

Items MUST BE POSTMARKED within 7 days of delivery to you in order for us to exchange or return the item. Please check your delivery date prior to sending back as we will not accept anything outside of that 7 day window. We are not responsible for any items if they are not checked within the 7 day window. If you are local, please make sure you are noting the date of delivery.

Exchanges - if we have the available item, we can exchange it for the size you are needing. If we don’t have that item in stock, we will return the item for store credit only!

All returns must be unworn, free of any stains, and odors (perfumes, animals, smoke etc…), and be in prime condition. We would prefer it be returned in the original bag it is sent in. We have the right to refuse any return due to it not abiding by the conditions previously stated. If an item is denied for return or exchange due to it not coming back to us in sellable condition (worn, stains, odors, etc) you will be required to pay for shipping to return the items to you.

All orders returned throughout the week are processed on Fridays ONLY. Please give us the full day on Friday to get the returns processed as it is a timely process. You will be notified when each item is returned for store credit. If we do have the item that you are wanting to exchange for, we will add a shipping charge to your account that must be paid for prior to us sending your exchange item out.

No Final Sale items, accessories, jewelry, purses, electronics, undergarments, doorbuster, or food may be returned or exchanged.

Shoe Returns:

Shoes must be returned in original shoe box. They must be unworn, packaged, and in prime condition. Any shoes returned without box, or not in original box, will not be accepted for return. Items that have any kind of wear, especially on the bottom of the shoe, will not be accepted. All boxes, MUST be placed inside of a package to return. We will not accept a shoe return if the label is placed anywhere on the shoe box.
